Unitone Imaging Supply Corporation (Unitone) warrants each laser cartridge to be free of defects in both
materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of manufacture.
Unitone cartridges are manufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, assuring
performance that meets or exceeds that of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Unitone will replace any of its laser printer cartridges found to be defective.
Unitone also warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our laser cartridges
will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer for which it was
originally designed.
If a defect in a Unitone manufactured cartridge causes a printer to fail, Unitone will credit the customer the full
amount for all service and repair of the printer. This warranty is dependent upon the customer obtaining a RMA
number and returning to Unitone any questionable cartridge that may have caused printer failure. Unitone
reserves the right to examine any machine in question. Upon inspection, Unitone will make the determination
regarding the cartridge failure. This information will be kept on file waiting a written 3rd party repair invoice
(outside authorized service and repair company only) regarding what was done to repair the printer in question.
Based on these results, Unitone will make the determination as to what credit shall be issued. We do not
issue checks on repair bills or returned product. Unitone reserves the right to disallow printer repairs based on
companies selling Unitone product and also performing their own repairs to the printer.
Unitone’s liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement, repair or reimbursement as stated above. This
warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Unitone be liable for
consequential or other damages, loss or expenses in connection with, or by reason of, the use or the inability
to use product purchased from Unitone for any reason.
The tampering of any Unitone laser cartridge by any person(s) other than a Unitone representative voids all
warranties and releases Unitone’s liability as stated above. All returns must be returned in the original
packaging with protection. Any return without proper packaging will not receive credit.
