TERMS: C.O.D. (company checks accepted), VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card. Terms of NET 30 are available upon approval of credit. Purchasers must be bonified resellers of imaging supplies and provide Unitone with evidence of tax exemption certificate or resellers permit from their resident state. A $10 charge will be assessed on all returned NSF checks. Accounts are considered seriously delinquent 30 days after invoice due date and are put on credit hold. A 1-1/2% finance charge per month will be applied to all open balances which are 30 days past the due date.
WARRANTY: All Unitone remanufactured products are fully guaranteed against failure for the life of the cycle (until empty) and will be replaced at customer's request. If it is determined that the unit is ours and is returned to Unitone within one year of the date of remanufacture stated on the internal production label, the replacement invoice will be credited, including freight. Return Policy guidlines must be followed to ensure proper crediting.
RETURN POLICY: A Return Authorization # is required for the return of all defective or unused product. All returns must be packed in Unitone or comparable packaging using padding to protect the cartridge in transit. A test copy must accompany defective cartridges or they will not be processed. If a return is deemed to not belong to Unitone, you will be notified and have 30 days to decide if you want the product returned to you at your expense.Product that is not ours and returned using our ARS tag will be subject to a $11.50 ARS label fee. Unused product is subject to a 10% restocking fee and $11.50 for the label. Credit memos must be used within 90 days from date of issue. If unused after 90 days, Unitone will automatically apply the credit to your oldest out invoice.
CLAIMS: Please report any discrepancies or damaged in transit merchandise within five working days.
OPC's: The Organic Photocondutor Drum (OPC) is the business end of a toner cartridge. The drum provided by the Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) is fragile and built with obsolescence in mind. Unitone offers two improved solutions: Our Diamondkote drum coating is the result of ten years of development and provides 10,000 pages of increased wear resistance. After-market drums are also available and provide wear resistance far superior to the OEM version. Please note, however, that any hard particle the size of a sand grain introduced into the printer environment can result in drum damage to any OPC.
MARKET FLUCTUATION: Prices and availability of the enclosed products are subject to change without notice. The market cost of empty toner cartridges (cores) and after-market drums fluctuate with supply and damand. Supplies for the latest generation of printers are generally less available and more costly than those for printers released over three years ago. Unitone passes on our adjusted cost for cores and OPC to our customer base without adding additional profit.
DELIVERY: Unitone delivers with its own trucks within a 50 mile radius of Chatsworth and uses UPS, Fed-EX and commerical truck for deliveries outside that area. Orders totaling 20 cartridges or $500.00 or more are shipped free within the Continental United States. Single orders of 19 cartridges or less delivered by Unitone trucks will be assessed: 1-3=$7.50, 4-6=$9.00, 7-10=$11.00, over 10-$1.00 per cartridge.
FULFILLMENT: Unitone provides double blind drop-ship for our resellers. Our logo or identity will not be found in or on the box. Charges for shipment are: UPS cost exactly plus $2.50 per case. All cartridges are double boxed for safety in transit.
